Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Tele-Sales Executive to join our dynamic BPO team. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, coupled with a strong desire to meet and exceed sales targets. As a Tele-Sales Executive, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, understanding their needs, and persuading them to purchase our products or services.

Key Responsibilities:

Outbound Calls: Initiate outbound calls to prospective customers with the aim of selling our products or services.
Product Knowledge: Acquire a thorough understanding of our products or services to effectively communicate their features and benefits to potential customers.
Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential leads through effective questioning and information gathering.
Customer Engagement: Build and maintain a positive rapport with customers to enhance the overall customer experience.
Sales Pitches: Deliver compelling sales pitches tailored to the needs and interests of individual customers.
Target Achievement: Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Documentation: Accurately and thoroughly document customer information, interactions, and transactions in the CRM system.

Objection Handling: Address customer objections and concerns effectively, striving to convert objections into sales opportunities.
Feedback: Provide feedback to the team leader or supervisor regarding customer reactions, market trends, and suggestions for improvement.

Adherence to Scripts: Follow provided scripts and adhere to established sales processes and guidelines.

Requirements:

 

Education: High school diploma or equivalent additional education or certification in sales or marketing is a plus.
Experience: 3+ years of Proven experience in tele-sales or telemarketing roles, preferably in a BPO
environment & industries like Automobile, Insurance & Healthcare, Banking.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to engage customers effectively.
Sales Aptitude: Strong sales aptitude with a results- driven mindset and a passion for meeting and exceeding targets.
Customer Focus: Customer-centric approach with the ability to understand and address customer needs.
Adaptability: Ability to adapt to different customer personalities and sales scenarios.
Team Player: Collaborative team player who can also work independently when required.
Persistence: Resilient and persistent, with the ability to handle rejection and continue to pursue sales opportunities.
Computer Literacy: Basic computer skills, familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
Ethical Conduct: Maintain high levels of integrity and adhere to ethical sales practices.
