Role & responsibilities
Sales Strategy and Planning:
- Collaborate with sales management to develop and implement effective sales
strategies, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives. - -Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and
potential areas of growth.
Team Leadership:
- Lead, mentor, and coach a team of tele-sales representatives, providing
guidance and support to ensure they meet their individual and team sales
goals. - Conduct regular team meetings to communicate goals, targets, and new
initiatives, as well as to address any challenges or concerns.
Performance Management:
- Monitor and evaluate individual and team performance metrics, such as call
volume, conversion rates, and sales targets. - Provide constructive feedback and implement performance improvement
plans as needed to enhance team performance. - Recognize and reward top-performing team members to boost motivation
and morale.
Training and Development:
- Organize and conduct training sessions to equip team members with the
necessary product knowledge, sales techniques, and communication skills. - Stay updated on industry best practices and ensure your team is well-
informed about changes in products, services, or policies.
Reporting and Analysis:
- Prepare regular reports on team performance, sales achievements, and key
performance indicators (KPIs). - Analyze sales data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and
opportunities for increased efficiency.
Team Motivation:
- Create a positive and motivating work environment for the team, fostering a
culture of success and teamwork. - Implement incentive programs and recognition initiatives to encourage high
performance.
Process Improvement:
- Identify process bottlenecks and suggest improvements to streamline tele-
sales operations and enhance productivity
Preferred candidate profile:
- Proven experience as a Tele-Sales Team Leader or in a similar sales leadership
role in BPO enviornment. - Strong understanding of tele-sales techniques and strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve targets.
- Proficient in using sales CRM software and other relevant tools.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to use data for decision-making.
- A track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing business needs and priorities.
